Meet Giovanna.

At the heart of Roots & Roast is Giovanna, a self-taught young entrepreneur with a passion for coffee, baking, and bringing her vision to life.

Inspired by her Brazilian and Hispanic roots, Giovanna combines her baking experience and barista skills to create homemade treats from her own recipes, alongside freshly brewed coffee and unique in-house specialties.

Her mission is to bring personalization, elegance, and a warm, family-inspired atmosphere to every occasion, creating memorable experiences one cup of coffee and one sweet treat at a time. From one-on-one consultations and tasting experiences to fully customizable menus, she makes every detail feel special and personal.
